experience in arranging wedding ceremonies on Samui island we will

reasonable prices. We do not require that you are staying at the Lipa Lodge Resort for your wedding on Ko Samui Ko Samui beach weddings and receptions are our specialty! However, we also coordinate garden and chapel weddings and Buddhist temple wedding ceremonies. We pride ourselves in creating an elegant, yet affordable Thailand beach wedding that you and your fiancée had always dreamed of! The Samui beaches are world famous for their white sands and turquoise waters allowing for that gorgeous beachfront location that you and your guests will be talking about for years to come. Family owned and operated we are personally involved from day one in your beach wedding preparation. We do not mind
if your wedding party is just the two of you or if you are visiting
with 50 ore more person. Any ideas that may come to your mind, please do not hesitate to let us know. For dinner, reception or buffet contact us as we have a lot of individual choices for any budget.The prices mentioned below are for the complete basic ceremony. Please read the information about the legal
wedding procedure below carefully to prevent any surprises.
The easiest way to get married is to have the Christian/Buddhist Ceremony
here and the official marriage at your hometown, as there is a lot of
paperwork included, which will take you as much time and effort.
If you are planning to getting
married in Thailand to be a legal marriage then you must have the proper
paperwork in hand.
Things Bride & Groom to
Prepare
1. Passports.
2. Certifying letter or document from their embassy indicating their wish to
get married in Thailand with their personal details such as their
names and address, nationality, their parents' names and nationality and
that they are free to marry.
3. Divorce document if married before.
4. All documents need to be translated to the Thai language
5. All documents need to be endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in
Bangkok
At least 4 - 5
days prior to your planned
wedding, both parties must go their respective embassy in Bangkok.
Make sure that you do not arrive on a Friday or that there is any Thai/Foreign
public holiday within your schedule. Contact your embassy in advance by
telephone or e-mail as they might require documentation from your hometown.
At the embassy you sign statuary
declaration forms. These forms are proof that each person is single and free
to marry, and are a mandatory requirement in registering a marriage in
Thailand. Documents brought from overseas will not suffice. You need your
passport and may be asked to provide proof that you are free to marry (such
as legally divorced or widowed if married before).
These documents must be translated into Thai language by an authorized
translator.
Then you need to take these documents to the legalization division ministry of foreign affairs (this apparently takes two to three days but the Ministry now offers an "express -service", which allows you to get the papers the same day, if you apply early morning before 10 am. So this will speed up this process so far to 3-4 days.
After the Ministry of Foreign affairs has approved and verified all documents, you are free to go to any Amphur office (with a Thai interpreter and 2 witnesses) and this is where the legal marriage takes place. There they will register the marriage and you will receive the Thai wedding certificate , which you have to translate by an official translator and endorsed again by the Thai Foreign Ministry. Some countries may require the endorsement of the embassy as well. We can provide all these services also.
!!!!!!! In any case contact your embassy in advance to get information about requested paperwork from your hometown and time schedule !!!!!!
You might use our legal wedding and marriage service in Bangkok, which will make life much easier and you can continue almost immediately with your holiday. You are only requested to visit your embassies (they insist on you applying in person) and then meet with our representative. All the rest will be taken care of. Our service applies for marriages all over Thailand and starts from as low as 10 000 baht.
